Jason R. Surratt, DPM
Board Certified in Foot surgery
Dr. Surratt graduated with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residency Program at the Legacy / Kaiser Portland Hospitals in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Surratt is part of the clinical faculty for the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospitals Podiatry Surgical Residency Program.
Dr. Surratt is a member of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association, a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and serves as the Ambassador for the American Podiatric Medical Association’s Political Action Committee. Dr. Surratt is committed to continuing training and education through participation in various educational seminars and meetings.
Thomas C. Melillo, DPM
Board Certified in Foot surgery
Dr. Melillo graduated with honors from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residency program at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Melillo is part of the clinical faculty for the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospitals Podiatric Surgical Residency Program.
Dr. Melillo is active in both the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association. He is currently serving a term as President-Elect of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Melillo is dedicated to continuing his medical training through various educational seminars.
Michael A. Gentile, DPM
Dr. Gentile graduated with honors from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. He completed a three year residency in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at HealthOne Presbyterian/St.Luke's Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Gentile is part of the clinical faculty for the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospitals Podiatry Surgical Residency Program.
Dr. Gentile is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Oregon Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He specializes in complex reconstruction of the ankle and foot in both children and adults. He has a particular interest in the ankle, focusing on returning his patients to the highest level of function possible. He is dedicated to continuing his medical training and advancing the knowledge of his peers through various educational seminars and workshops.
He enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, and most importantly, his family.
Yama A. Dehqanzada, DPM
Dr. Dehqanzada graduated with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residence Program at the Legacy health Systems and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Portland OR.
Dr. Dehqanzada is a member of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is committed to continuing training and education through participation in various educational seminars and meetings.
Dr. Dehqanzada enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two children.
